1. 期货公司仿真账号：联系期货公司。

2. SimNow 账号：前往 SimNow 官网 使用手机号找回。

3. QuantFair 账号：初始密码为手机号后六位，可前往 QuantFair 官网 在线重置。

4. 易盛模拟账号：自行联系易盛重置或重新注册。

登录提示：超时交易初始化失败

可能原因：

1. 网络未连接，或存在防火墙限制。

2. 所选通道服务未开启。

3. 实盘需要在盘中时间登录；收盘后使用模拟盘时，需要选择支持 7*24 小时的通道登录。

是否有云服务器 / 订单是否永久有效

无限易 交易直连交易所柜台，无云服务器。

无限易算法单都在本地运行，需要保持软件开启、网络通畅。关闭软件后，算法单失效。

部分算法支持手动设置保存，详见 算法列表说明。

• 软件里的订单保存功能，是本地保存，订单信息保存在自己的电脑中。

• 服务器单 是柜台功能，订单当日有效，不受软件关闭影响，非无限易本地保存。

• 无限易的 无限易云 服务可以保存软件配置（版面、布局、自定义套利组合），不会保存订单信息。

隐私风险提示

颜色、字体大小能否更改

在 『系统 - 交易设置 - 显示设置』 中，可修改主题皮肤、行情窗口字号。

如需调整整体界面大小，请尝试修改电脑分辨率或缩放布局：在电脑桌面点击右键，选择 显示设置。

安装软件失败、报毒、报错找不到指定模块

登录时弹窗提示：CreateThrdApi failed with error 126: 找不到指定的模块。

或出现缺失 DLL、运行库缺失等错误。

大概率缺少运行库

小概率可能是程序模块被杀毒软件误杀

杀毒软件报毒、报错均属误报，无限易承诺安装包无任何安全隐患。

请 关闭或卸载 杀毒软件后，重置无限易安装包。

重置安装包方法

1. 打开安装路径。

   点击登录页右上角的 『文件夹』 图标。

   若无法打开登录页，请打开电脑 C 盘，在地址栏输入 %appdata%，并按 Enter 键，找到名称为 InfiniTrader_xxx 的文件夹（例如财富期货无限易名称为 InfiniTrader_QhCaifu）。

2. 备份配置。

   如果不需要保存配置，或要使用无限易云同步配置，可忽略此步骤。

   找到名称为 dat 的文件夹，并复制备份。该文件夹为配置文件，包含交易设置、版面布局、自定义套利组合等配置。

3. 删除安装文件。

   点击地址栏中的 Roaming，返回安装路径上一层。

4. 双击桌面图标，重启程序。

5. 同步配置。

   如果没有保存配置，可忽略此步骤。

   将步骤 2 保存的 dat 文件夹，按照步骤 1 的路径放回 InfiniTrader_xxx 文件夹。

为什么“实时回报”窗口合计的手续费，与“实时资金”上显示的不一致？

以“实时资金”手续费为准。 “实时回报”中的手续费只是每笔委托手续费的单纯相加，没有考虑手续费优惠、撤单费等费用。

打开程序进入登录页，为什么“站点”显示为空？

这是因为电脑的 任务栏保存了错误的快捷方式 并从该快捷方式启动程序。请通过 桌面快捷图标 启动程序。

正确的任务栏保存快捷方式方法：在 桌面快捷图标 上点击右键，选择 固定到任务栏。

不会 Python 但想使用 PythonGO，能帮忙写自动执行的程序化策略吗？

不能直接运行，需要自己使用 Python 重写策略。

软件里的中文显示乱码

软件里的合约名称、报错信息均显示乱码。

乱码是由于电脑缺少对简体中文编码的支持。以上信息均来自上层柜台，上层返回的编码格式为 GBK。

解决方法

a. 电脑需要安装简体中文

1. 打开 设置 > 时间和语言 > 语言和区域。

2. 在 首选语言 中点击 添加语言，选择 中文（简体，中国） 并安装。

💡 仅安装中文即可，不需要将系统语言调整为中文。微软会将此列表的第一个语言作为系统语言。

b. 按照 a 步骤后依然有乱码，请尝试以下设置

1. 在 相关设置 下，点击 管理语言设置。

2. 在区域的管理选项中，点击 更改系统区域设置。

3. 在当前系统区域设置中，选择 中文（简体，中国），并取消勾选 Beta 选项。

导出的 csv 文件用 Excel 打开，文件里数字显示不全

csv 格式文件用 Excel 直接打开时，若 数字超过 15 位，最后数字会被 Excel 截断，并把最后一位数字变为 0。

解决方法一

用记事本打开 csv 文件，在数字前面加上 ' 单引号并保存，再用 Excel 打开。

解决方法二

用记事本打开 csv 文件，选择 另存为，将编码修改为 GB18030，保存类型选择 所有文件，再用 Excel 打开。

适用于 Microsoft Excel，WPS 不适用。

若打开时出现提示“默认情况下，Excel 将在此文件中执行以下数据转换……是否永久保留这些转换”，选择 请勿转换 即可。

解决方法三（WPS）

适用于 WPS 的解决方法：将数字列格式转换为 文本 格式。

登录无限易过程中崩溃

登录无限易过程中，弹窗提示程序异常，要求上传崩溃日志。

可能原因：

1. 某些文件被杀毒软件误杀。如果电脑安装了 360，请关闭或卸载后重试。

2. 柜台 API 无法创建流水。

   排查方法：

   打开电脑 C 盘，在地址栏输入 %temp%，并按 Enter 键。如果能成功打开目录，表示不是该问题所致。

   解决方法：

   如果上一步无法打开目录，需要在 Windows 环境变量中新增 TEMP 和 TMP 变量。如何打开环境变量，可参考 点击查看。

Chinese Text Appears as Garbled Characters

Instrument names and error messages in the software are displayed as garbled characters.

Garbled characters occur because the computer does not support Simplified Chinese encoding. The information comes from the broker trading system, which returns data in GBK encoding.

Solution

a. Install Simplified Chinese on the computer

1. Open Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region.

2. In Preferred languages, click Add a language, then select and install Chinese (Simplified, China).

💡 Only install Chinese. You do not need to change the Windows display language to Chinese. Windows uses the first language in this list as the system display language.

b. If garbled characters still appear after step a, try the following settings

1. Under Related settings, click Administrative language settings.

2. On the Administrative tab of the Region window, click Change system locale.

3. In Current system locale, select Chinese (Simplified, China) and clear the Beta option.

Live Environment vs. UAT Environment

Login Message: trade: 2000.00ms, Unable to Log In

Possible causes:

1. The network is disconnected, or access is restricted by a firewall.

2. The selected channel service has not started.

3. Live accounts can log in only during trading hours.

Is There a Cloud Server? Are Orders Permanently Valid?

InfiniTrader connects directly to the broker trading system and does not use a cloud server.

InfiniTrader algorithmic orders run locally. Keep the software open and the network connected. After the software is closed, algorithmic orders become invalid.

Some algorithms support manual settings saving. See Algorithm List.

• The order saving feature in the software saves order information locally on your own computer.

• Server Order is a server-side order feature provided by the broker trading system. Orders are valid for the current trading day and are not affected when InfiniTrader is closed. They are not saved locally by InfiniTrader.

• InfiniTrader Cloud can save software configurations, including panels, layouts, and custom spread combinations. It does not save order information.

Privacy Risk Notice

Your orders are private information. Please store them properly. InfiniTrader does not save your order information in any cloud form.

What Do GFD / FAK / FOK Mean?

GFD, FAK, and FOK are exchange order instructions. For details, see Trading Terms Explained.

Installation Fails, Security Warning Appears, or a Module Is Missing

During login, the following message may appear: CreateThrdApi failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found.

Other missing DLL or runtime library errors may also appear.

Most likely cause: missing runtime libraries

Download and install Microsoft Common Runtime Libraries.

Less likely cause: the antivirus software removed a program module by mistake

Antivirus warnings and related errors are false positives. InfiniTrader confirms that the installation package does not contain security risks.

Disable or uninstall the antivirus software, then reset the InfiniTrader installation package.

Windows 10 and later include built-in antivirus protection.

Reset the installation package

1. Open the installation path.

   Click the folder icon in the upper-right corner of the login page.

   If the login page cannot be opened, open drive C, enter %appdata% in the address bar, press Enter, and find the folder named InfiniTrader_xxx (for example, the folder name for Caifu Futures InfiniTrader is InfiniTrader_QhCaifu).

2. Back up the configuration.

   Skip this step if you do not need to keep the configuration or if you use InfiniTrader Cloud to sync configurations.

   Find the dat folder and copy it as a backup. This folder contains configuration files, including trading settings, panel layouts, and custom spread combinations.

3. Delete the installation files.

   Click Roaming in the address bar to return to the parent folder of the installation path.

4. Double-click the desktop icon to restart the program.

5. Restore the configuration.

   Skip this step if you did not back up the configuration.

   Place the dat folder backed up in step 2 back into the InfiniTrader_xxx folder from step 1.

Why Is Site Empty on the Login Page?

This happens when the wrong shortcut is pinned to the taskbar and used to start the program. Start the program from the desktop shortcut instead.

To pin the correct shortcut to the taskbar, right-click the desktop shortcut and select Pin to taskbar.

Numbers Are Incomplete When an Exported CSV File Is Opened in Excel

When a CSV file is opened directly in Excel, if a number exceeds 15 digits, Excel truncates the trailing digits and changes the last digit to 0.

Solution 1

Open the CSV file in Notepad, add a single quotation mark ' before the number, save the file, and then open it in Excel.

Solution 2

Open the CSV file in Notepad, select Save As, change the encoding to GB18030, select All Files as the save type, and then open it in Excel.

If Excel prompts that it will perform data conversion by default and asks whether to keep the conversion permanently, select Do not convert.
